About

I’m Kate, a People Consultant, Executive Coach and Fractional People Leader.

I partner with my clients to achieve their goals by solving complex challenges, building high performing organisations, and developing leadership and talent.

Prior to consulting, I spent 17 years leading all areas in International People functions at high growth organisations, most recently as Vice President of Organisational Performance at an Irish tech unicorn. 

I have significant experience scaling organisations to billion dollar valuations, IPO and beyond. High-trust cultures and leadership excellence have been foundational to these successful scaling journeys and two of those organisations earned the #1 spot on the Great Place to Work Lists during my tenure.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an EMCC accredited Leadership and Executive Coach. I hold an Honours degree in Psychology and Human Resources, a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM and an Advanced Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching along with certificates in Dutch, German, French and Nordic employment law. 

Based near Dublin, Ireland, I continue to partner with clients internationally across Europe and North America. I am passionate about my clients’ success and unlocking the potential of individuals and organisations.

Fractional HR Leadership

When you need an experienced People Executive who has been there and done it before across every area of HR, but you’re not quite ready to hire a full time Chief People Officer.

As a fractional leader, I get to know your business and work as an extension of your leadership team on a flexible basis, providing strategic leadership and building solutions to ensure your organisation’s People needs are met now and at scale. 

Fractional HR Leadership can be interim or part time with a flat monthly fee at a fraction of the cost to hire a full-time leader.

Coaching is one of the most transformational learning interventions available as it truly meets each client where they are and enables their progress towards specific goals.

As an EMCC accredited coach with extensive coaching experience, I work with Founders, C-Suite, Leaders and clients navigating career transitions to unlock potential, enabling elevated performance and leadership excellence.

In addition to coaching, I also work with HR Professionals offering a blend of coaching and mentoring to enable their career growth towards senior and Executive HR roles.
